About the FLIGHT

For Men's A Flight, Men's B Flight, Women, Mixed C Flight, player is required to show either DARTSLIVE, MEDALIST or NDA's rating

Men(B-Flight) Amateur Rating 6-10
Women Women Rating 6 or above or without Rating
Mixed Youth Age under 18
Mixed (C-Flight) Beginner Rating under 6 for both Men & Women

The IDF committee will make the final decision regarding the PLAYER's FLIGHT.
Player's age under 18 are eligible to participate in the Youth Tournament. (Only players who were born after 24 August 1995.)

About the tournament format

Starting stage (August 22nd 18:00) will be Round Robins. Top 4 teams of each Round Robins groups will advance to the Final stage.

Final stage (August 24th) will be a Single Knock Out Tournament with 16 teams participating.

Final (August 25)

The ranking for the round robins will be determined with the following rules. (Below criteria of deciding the ranking of Round Robin will be used ONLY for National Team Tournament.)
(1)The number of legs won
(2)The number of legs lost
(3)The result of the direct confrontation of the teams
*If 3 or more teams are tied on (1)-(3), each team will do COUNT-UP. The winner of COUNT-UP will proceed to the final match.

*For the round robins in the preliminary round, all the 13 LEGS will be played simultaneously on two boards.

(501) Doubles, Double In/Double Out, BULLS EYE(25/50), Freeze mode

(701) Gallon, Double In/Double Out, BULLS EYE(25/50), Freeze mode, 2 players of a team on same score.

About the progression of the tournament

Every round robin's machine number will be displayed at the Control (2 machines for each match).
Each team's captain will hand the player's name list and playing Order to the referee at the start of their match.

The referee will check the input of the score on the score sheet.
After the match, the captain will be asked to sign the score sheet.
The winning team's captain will hand the score sheet back to the Control.
The next match teams will be announced by the Control.

Notes about the tournament

・The drawing will be done August 22, after the OPENING CEREMONY.
・Players must use their DARTSLIVE CARD.
・There must be at least one woman player among the 4 participants.
・The Playing Order cannot be changed during the game.
・Each time can switch a player with their substitute, once a game.
・The player that has been replaced cannot play again before the end of the game.
・The Player Order can be changed for every matches.

About the game rules

1. Round limits are: 15 Rounds for 501 and Cricket, and 20 Rounds for 701.
2. Throwing order of the game
(1) Throwing orderof the first leg will be decided by corking. After the first leg, the throwing order will be as indicated on the score sheet.
(2) The coin toss function of DARTSLIVE2 will be used for deciding who throws the cork first.
(3) The player who throws closer to the center can decide the throwing order
(4) If the first player's dart hits the exact center bit of the Bull,The second player is required to acknowledge that the first player's dart is in the center bit of the BULL, remove the dart and then throw for the cork.
(5)If the first round of cork does not result in a winner, reverse the throwing order and cork again.
※ In this case, throw the second dart without removing the first darts.

Amendment of incorrect scoring

1. If the dart machine records the score incorrectly and remains stuck to the board, a referee can be called, and the "Reverse A Round" function will be used to reverse the score. The correct score will be entered bythe referee by pressing the target segment where the dart is stuck. If a dart thrown does not stick to the board and falls off, the score recorded by the dart machine will be considered as valid. No player should use the back up feature without the presence of a referee.
2. Incorrect scores cannot be amended, if darts stuck to the board are removed, and the round is forwarded to the next player and the opponent player throws darts.
3. In case the game is interrupted because of such things as power failure, a referee will restore the last one with the agreement of both teams. If the restoration is not possible, the LEG will be reset, and players will be asked to start over. In case the game has to be suspended and restarted for reasons such as power outage, with mutual consent of players, event staff will restore the game scores and progress. If it is not possible to restore the game, the leg in question will be reset and players will be asked to play a new game.

IDF OPEN TOURNAMENT RULES

Sandbagging

1. Sandbagging rules are applied to the starting stage Round Robin.
2. Players are required to fill in the stats of each leg on the match card.
3. If the player's stats are significantly higher than those scored in multiplelegs, the player may be disqualified by the organizing committee.

Round Robin

1. Top 2 teams of each Round Robin will proceed to the final round .
2. Round Robin ranking is decided based on the criteria below. (Below criteria of deciding the ranking will be used in all Round Robin, EXCEPT National Team Tournament).
(1) Number of matches wins
(2) The number of legs won
(3) Least number of legs lost
(4) The result of the direct confrontation of the teams.
※ If 3 or more teams are tied on (1)-(4), each team will do COUNT-UP. The winner of COUNT-UP will proceed to the final match.

Match Card

1. Please make sure to fill in the stats and results of each leg of the starting stage Round Robin on the match card.
※If they are not recorded, the player may be disqualified.
2. Upon completion of matches, the match card has to be handed to the referee at the control desk of each class.

Game Rules

1. Round limits for both 501 and Cricket are 15 Rounds.

Dress Code

General

・All players are required to compete in appropriate attire.。
・Team shirts are recommended.
・All players must present a clean and neat appearance.
・All shirts must have sleeves.
・No cut-offs or ragged edge hems on any shorts.
・Shoes must be worn in the tournament room at all times.
・No unauthorized use of shirts similar in style to the IDF Official Referee apparel will be allowed on the tournament floor.

Dress code for the team events

・Each player on the team must:Wear a color and style of team shirt, with sleeves, that matches the other players in the team (meaning the exact same style, color and logo except for the player's name). This includes the front and back of the shirts.
・Players must wear ankle-length pants or trousers.
・Not display inappropriate, offensive or foul language or images on team clothing.
・Adhere to all elements of the regular tournament dress code.
・Any violation of the Dress Code will lead to disqualification of the player for the rest of the match.

Penalty for not obeying the Dress Code

Any player not in proper attire will have the right to one 15-minute grace period to make the necessary change. Thereafter there will be NO grace period and the player will be disqualified from the match.

Players confirmation

All players are obliged to wear the standard player identification badges in the correct manner at all times when they are playing. These identification badges will consist of a small identification badge worn on the front and a larger identification badge worn on the player's back. The identification badges may contain advertising material.

Any player or team making unauthorized changes to their rosters or falsifying their identity(ies) may be disqualified by the tournament management from the current and all future IDF events. Players may be requested to show picture identification at any time during the competition.
